Deprived from the Sky

Imagine a bird which feet and wings are tied up to the ground.  Yet its real life is in the sky and the poor bird is seriously suffering.  It flutters its wings, but it cannot move from its place and it may seemingly have wounded them. 

This celestial bird is fully living misery and desolation in this earthly captivity and degradation...

There is no fresh food but old-tasteless-infected leftovers.  It is deprived of flying, of the blue sky and its white clouds; no carrying or twirling wind blows...

It has been tied down - with many ties, indeed.  The happiness of this heavenly bird lies in flying towards the unbounded sky...

It is slowly dying; its heath becomes more deteriorated and day after day it becomes weaker and more suffering...

But what has deprived this bird from a real life and from the vastness of the sky?

Human condition is comparable to this bird in this agonizing captivity.  Many people have been deprived from the Flow of Divine Guidance.  Life on earth is like living in the path of darkness and absurdity; but following the path of divine guidance is like flying in the sky...

What are these chains of bondage?  What are the obstacles of receiving divine guidance?  What dangers and calamities threaten the soul and the destiny of man?  What are the causes of deviation from the path of divine guidance?...
