A Great Job, a Great Result

To do a great job to get closer to the Lord and to please Him may have a different impact than doing a trivial and insignificant one.  If you do something great and important for the Lord, He will also achieve, through His will, something much greater in your life.  The deeper and greater the result of our act is along the divine path, the greater and stronger the impact of divine will shall be in our lives.

To perform our principal responsibility, everyone should not necessarily act in a same way, become aware in a same manner and guide with the same method.  To fulfill one's principal responsibility, it is not necessary that everyone act in a same way, get informed in a same way and guide in a same way.
