Doubt and Denial - Escaping from the Truth

Q:  Some believe you are insane or a wizard.  Why should they believe so?

A:  If I would use the opposite medicine you would use to cure the same illness, we shall, naturally, take each other for insane.  It is not your fault to call me mad for you realize the way I act, think or move is contrary to your expectation.  Since you take yourself as a wise person, you will naturally call mad and insane whoever moves and thinks unlike you.

We say, "Every pain and troubles are rooted in this 'I-ness' and its different forms.  Then, destroy it."

Those who call us mad believe that one has to care for this "I-ness"  develop it, give it importance and pamper it.  They say, " 'I', 'my profits', 'my life', 'my future', me, me, me."  While we say, "He, He, He..."

But those who call me sorcerer and wizard want to relieve their conscience and actually assert themselves and maintain their claims.

They hear my teachings and get impressed and see that others are impressed as well.  They observe changes and evolutions, awakenings and cries and are thus faced with divine power and holy teachings.  However, they think if they accept these teachings, the colossal palace they have built in their conceit will collapse and their false and superficial rightfulness will be denounced.  They believe accepting teachings of God's Spirit jeopardizes their profits...Since they cannot deny the righteousness of God's Spirit's teachings, the modifying power of the word of God and the manifestations of divine power, they try to brand Him as wizard, insane, heretic, and deviator in order to soothe their guilty conscience and to somehow preserve fabrications and phantasms of their ego.

They see the divine power yet because it goes against their egoistic aspirations they attack the person and individuality of the teacher.  They calumniate him and investigate his personality.  They ignore that there is nothing within his being but the flow of divine teaching.  The outer appearance of a flute matters less than the melody one can hear from it; the only thing that matters is the flute player and his creative power.

There is no use to know about the person a divine teacher was or is.  Listen carefully to his teachings for his teachings are what matter most.  The sound of a lute is more important than the instrument itself.  If we pay attention to the instrument, we have, willingly or not, denied the beauty of its melody; and if we pay attention to the person of master and surrender to and obey his individuality we have probably committed idolatry and blasphemy.

What I am just telling are not an apology.  The Lord's will and divine power are needless of defense.  I have nothing to defend and what I have is the Lord and He is the best protector and defender.  To defend Him is funny and meaningless...

Know that blasphemy and God's worship are so thinly apart.  Try not to impose your opinions, assumptions and expectations to the Lord.  Let Him guide [you] and lead your life through any path He wants, in any way He judges best and by any method He considers proper.  If you set guidelines for Him, He will leave you to your own for you have disrespected His boundless greatness and humiliated Him.

The Lord guides and leads, provides for daily foods [of His servants], gives messages and saves by ways and means and forms He wishes.  How dare we to set Him directives, to guess or foresee His methods?!  The Lord is unpredictable and so are His matters.  Do not ever close any door to Him; leave open every door, every window and every opening so He may enter from any door He wishes.  However, He often enters from the door you did not expected at all.
